RJC Introduces Chain-of-custody Discussion Paper

In 2010, the RJC is investigating the feasibility of developing a chain-of-custody certification initiative, as an optional complement to the existing RJC certification of responsible business practices. Issues and options associated with chain-of-custody in the diamond and gold jewellery supply are being reviewed, so as to inform discussions among the RJC and its stakeholders.
